- When you enter your information into the physician consult form, you are connected to
a secure server. We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) communication protocol to
secure the information you have entered as it is sent over the Internet. This is
accomplished by encrypting (coding) the data before it is sent, and then
decrypting (decoding) the data once it is received at our site.
- A little closed padlock or unbroken key will appear on the bottom of
your browser's window when you enter our secure page.
- The "http" at the beginning of your URL
will change to "https" when you enter our secured pages.
Other ways we provide for your Internet security:
- We will only ship medication to your address, which must match the address
on your credit card.
- All email correspondence will not contain your name or personally
identifying information (email is not a secure/encrypted form of
communication).
- We provide a communication tool to our patients whereby our physicians and
pharmacist can communicate with you via our secure server. In order to use the
secure communication tool, you will receive an email notifying you to log in
to your account to read the message left for you.

the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than
$50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this
$50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We
will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card
resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at our web site while
using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card,
you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules
