H provides prompt soothing relief from painful burning, itching and discomfort
and reduces swollen hemorrhoidal tissues. Preparation H is a smooth formula
that is effective at relieving external hemorrhoidal symptoms.
- Helps relieve the local itching and discomfort associated with hemorrhoids.
- Temporarily shrinks hemorrhoidal tissue and relieves burning.
- Temporarily provides a coating for relief of anorectal discomforts.
- Temporarily protects the inflamed, irritated anorectal surface to
help make bowel movements less painful.
Directions- Apply externally to the affected
area up to 4 times daily, especially at night, in the morning and after
each bowel movement. Preparation H is to be applied externally or in the
lower portion of the anal canal only. A dispensing cap is enclosed in
each package to control dispersion of the cream to the affected area in
the lower portion of the anal canal. Before applying, remove protective
cover from dispensing cap. Attach dispensing cap to tube. Lubricate dispensing
cap well, then gently insert dispensing cap part way into the anus. Thoroughly
cleanse dispensing cap after each use and replace protective cover.
